Der Helm war preislich ein sehr gutes Angebot, mit DHL keine zwei Tage nach Bestellung da, gut verpackt - aber passte leider nicht. Mit dem beigelegten Retourenaufkleber habe ich ihn kostenfrei zurückgeschickt - und wiederum zwei Tage später wurde ich von PayPal über die Rückerstattung informiert. Meine Mail mit einem Beratungswunsch wurde - abends, am Feiertag! - innerhalb von 20 Minuten beantwortet. Perfekt! Mehr Service geht ja wohl nicht! Wenn man sich an die Spielregeln hält und den Artikel nicht "gebraucht", sondern nur anprobiert, kann man hier sorglos bestellen! Klare Empfehlung!
